Krabi Activities

Krabi is becoming well-known as a place for adventure tourism. If some of your family members enjoy lazy days on a pristine beach and others thrive on adventurous activities, then a Krabi family holiday is right for your family.

Krabi activities include rock climbing on towering limestone rock formations.  Head to Railay Beach to find a qualified climbing instructor.  If any of your family members are experienced climbers, there are plenty of master level climbs as well.

If climbing is not on your list of things to do in Krabi, then why not scuba dive in Krabi? Krabi is home to some fabulous dive sites.  For those family members who prefer less extreme water activities on top of the water, let them try their hand at snorkeling and/or kayaking in Krabi. 

For persons that are not water enthusiasts, you do not have to stay on the mainland for the duration of your Krabi family holiday.  There are numerous islands within minutes from the mainland with sandy beaches for sunbathing and just relaxing.  An Krabi island hopping cruise is perfect for beach lovers.  You'll really impres your friends back home too, with all of your pictures of various tropical island paradises.
