Take a Taxi to Krabi or Rent a Car

It would be very impractical to take a metered taxi to Krabi from Bangkok. In fact, I doubt any metered taxis would want to drive all the way to Krabi. However, it is possible to rent a mini-bus or car and driver for your journey to Krabi from Bangkok.

It is more likely you would take a taxi to Krabi from Surat Thani or Trang after getting off the train to go to Krabi.
